Do we offer training?

Yes, training is very important to our company. All our classes are at no charge to you. We have a Director of Education, non-competing managers for local in-office training, and an in-house business coach (available for a small fee). We also offer online classes from CB National for additional learning.

How much does a typical first year agent make?

This business operates differently than most jobs. Your earnings depend on your effort. Our average agent sells 11 transactions a year, but what you can sell is limitless.

Do we have teams?

Yes, we have teams, but agents are only added if invited by a team lead. Agents can succeed independently and still receive full support, tools, and leads. We offer free mentorship through non-competing managers, unlike other brokerages that charge for mentorship.

Do we offer leads?

Yes, we are affiliated with OpCity (Realtor.com). After completing 8 required foundational classes, agents are added to the OpCity Lead Referral Program. In 2024, we provided 3,203 lead opportunities through this program.

What if I don’t have a large sphere of influence?

A sphere of influence includes people who know and trust you. Even if it feels small, start by reaching out to your phone contacts to share your new career. Build a contact list while training so you're ready to market when the time comes.

Do you have a mentorship?

While we don’t have an official mentorship program, our non-competing managers provide free mentorship and are available days, nights, and weekends to support you.

What is the culture like at CB Heritage?

Our culture is family-oriented and supportive. Agents collaborate, share ideas, answer questions, and celebrate each other's success. Everyone is on the same team.

What are some tools that you offer to help me build my business?

We offer a monthly Idea Book, a yearly task calendar, a 90-day onboarding binder, a CRM with built-in email campaigns, and social media content. Plus, we have an 8-member in-house marketing team to support your needs.

What is your commission split/CAP and monthly fees?

Our monthly fee is $45 for education, tools, and support, plus $25 for E&O insurance. We provide free workspace. Commission splits are based on your production—more sales mean a higher split. Compare not just splits, but also the value and support included.
