Ohio Real Estate Licensing Requirements and Estimated Costs
- Pre-licensing hours: 100 hours required for Ohio Salesperson license.
- Continuing Education: 30 hours every 3 years, including state-required core courses.
- Typical pre-licensing course cost: $800–$1,900.
- First-year total investment (course, application, exam, background check): $1,050–$2,150.
