Ohio Real Estate Licensing Requirements
- Pre-licensing hours: 100 hours required for Ohio Salesperson license.
- Continuing Education: 30 hours every 3 years, including state-required core courses.
- Post-licensing education: 20-hour course required within the first year after licensure.
Requirements are set by the Ohio Division of Real Estate and may change. Always confirm details with your selected education provider.
