Coldwell Banker Heritage Announces Expansion to Wilmington

COLDWELL BANKER HERITAGE EXPANDS TO WILMINGTON, OHIO

BEAVERCREEK, OHIO – Coldwell Banker Heritage announced this morning that it will be joining forces Bennett Realty in Wilmington, Ohio, effective immediately.

Coldwell Banker Heritage counts 12 offices and 500 agents within its network in SW Ohio and Richmond, IN and closed over $1.6 billion in sales in 2021.

Bennett Realty is one of the largest brokerages in Wilmington, OH and Clinton County – founded in the 1970’s by Jeff Bennett as the sole agent. This grew to six agents in the 1980s and now totals 24. The Bennett’s moved into its current 2333 Rombach Avenue location in 2018 and will remain in this facility going forward.

The merger with Coldwell Banker Heritage marks the next step for this family business. Both Jeff and Marsha Bennett will continue working with the company in management, as well as sales positions.
