COLDWELL BANKER HERITAGE CLOSED $1.2 BILLION IN HOME SALES

SETTING NEW DAYTON AREA RECORD

DAYTON, OH — Coldwell Banker Heritage announced today that they closed over $1.2 Billion in homes sales for 2019, surpassing the record they set last year as being the only Dayton area residential real estate company to ever pass the billion dollar mark. They closed over 6,700 transactions.

“It’s a true testament to our hard working agents, thriving communities and the importance of having a large network of agents like we do – all working together to connect home buyers and sellers,” stated Ron Sweeney, Managing Partner.

“This year, we opened new offices in Monroe and Urbana, and acquired Coldwell Banker Lingle in Richmond, Indiana,” Sweeney continued, “widening our footprint to better serve our clients and agents all across the Miami Valley. It’s been an incredible year of growth and I’m really proud of all the work our agents put in to each and every deal.”

Coldwell Banker Heritage is locally owned and operated and was established in 1967. They have been the number one real estate firm in the Dayton region since 1974. To learn more about Coldwell Banker Heritage, visit ColdwellBankerIsHome.com.
