THINGS TO DO IN BUTLER COUNTY

CINCY HIKES PORT UNION
Mar 4 | 5:30 PM | West Chester Township
Join us for a 3 mile out and back hike along the Port Union-Gilmore Ponds historic canal trail. A passive wetland park following the Mill Creek and the former Miami Erie Canal, the park features the paved three-mile Port Union Canal Trail, which passes the ruins of a canal aqueduct, waste weir, and the foundation of an icehouse and ice ponds.
MAPLE SYRUP FESTIVAL
Mar 7 & 8 | 8 AM – 6 PM | Oxford
Celebrate the history of Ohio’s maple syrup at Hueston Woods’ Maple Syrup Festival. Enjoy hiking through Big Woods and learning about the art of syrup making. This free event includes hayrides and maple syrup tours.
