2025 Dayton Blessing of the Bikes

The annual Dayton Blessing of the Bikes event, held in May, provides an opportunity for all motorcycle riders to have their bikes blessed for a safe riding season. Teddy Bear Brunch in the Park

Build-A-Boat

Participants will assemble their hand-held boats using only natural materials (some provided, some found); some bark here, some twine there, and some mud to fill in the gaps. Once done, participants will unleash their boats in the creek to see which boat makes it to the end! We will finish the program with some classic creaking and hiking! Wear your creek shoes! Registration deadline: Wednesday, April 30.

Movie Party in the Park: Night at the Museum

Allie Trangenstein is a passionate art educator and a proud graduate of the University of Dayton, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Art Education. During her time at UD, she played a key role in organizing the Senior Art Show and gained hands-on experience working in the university’s gallery. After student teaching at West Carrollton High School, Allie officially joined the district as an art teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. Allie is thrilled to be part of this upcoming event and can’t wait to paint with everyone!
