Sales of single-family and condominium units in Dayton for September saw a decrease in prices and decrease in average sales. 1452 sales were reported, a -1.16% decrease over the 1469 sales reported last month. September’s average sales price totaled $288,822 , falling short of last month’s figure of $302,571 , a decrease of 4.54% . The average days on market for properties in Dayton during September were 44 days, which represents a 4 day increase compared to 40 days in the last month.


Cincinnati

Sales of single-family and condominium units in Cincinnati for September saw a decrease in prices and decrease in average sales. 1765 sales were reported, a -3.87% decrease over the 1836 sales reported last month. September’s average sales price totaled $362,840 , falling short of last month’s figure of $370,819 , a decrease of 2.15% . The average days on market for properties in Cincinnati during September were 25 days, which represents a 2 day increase compared to 23 days in the last month.


Springfield

Sales of single-family and condominium units in Springfield for September saw a decrease in prices and decrease in average sales. 422 sales were reported, a -3.43% decrease over the 437 sales reported last month. September’s average sales price totaled $252,152 , falling short of last month’s figure of $261,195 , a decrease of 3.46% . The average days on market for properties in Springfield during September were 73 days, which represents a 7 day increase compared to 66 days in the last month.
