This year, thanks to the dedication and generosity of our agents and supporters, we were able to help that mission become more of a reality. Here’s a look at what we achieved, why it matters, and how you can join us going forward.

A Bigger Picture: The Coldwell Banker × St. Jude Partnership

• Coldwell Banker’s CB Supports St. Jude program encourages participating agents to donate a portion of each qualifying real estate transaction to St. Jude.
• Since its inception in 2020, the program has raised over $3  million for St. Jude’s lifesaving work.
• Nationally and locally, this partnership helps ensure that families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing, or food—so they can focus entirely on their child’s care.

So when our agents cast a vote to make St. Jude the first cause of our CB Cares Initiative, it aligned with a strong national foundation already in place.

Thanks to the commitment of our agents, supporters, and community, we raised over $1,000 locally in support of St. Jude’s mission. That’s a result worth celebrating. It shows how powerful local action is—even within a national framework. It demonstrates that when communities unite, big goals become achievable.

How St. Jude Uses Donations—and Why Contribution Matters

To give your support context, here’s how St. Jude allocates funds and the real-world effects of giving:

• Over time, 82¢ of every dollar donated has gone directly toward patient treatment, research, and future needs.
• St. Jude is widely recognized for transparency and financial accountability—earning high ratings from charity evaluators.
• Donations support not just medical care, but travel, housing, food, schooling, and emotional support for families—ensuring that their focus stays on helping their child heal.
• Examples of what donations can cover:
  • $350 could help provide 30 platelet count tests
  • $500 might pay for 25 sets of IV tubing for chemotherapy treatments
  • $2,500 could support two days of outpatient visits

Every contribution helps reduce the burden on families already facing unimaginable challenges.
