Celebrate Veterans Day in southern Ohio with parades, ceremonies, and community gatherings. From Middletown’s Veteran’s Day Parade to Springfield’s memorial service and Dayton’s tribute events, honor the service and sacrifice of our veterans.

9TH ANNUAL VETERAN’S DAY PARADE
Nov 8 | 9 AM | Smith Park, 500-600 Tytus Ave, Middletown
Join the 9th annual Veterans Day Parade in Middletown with lineup at Smith Park at 9 AM. Features vehicles, taps, prayer, and a ceremony at the Veterans Memorial Wall ending at 11 AM. All are welcome to honor veterans.

VETERAN’S DAY BREAKFAST AND ASSEMBLY

FCCLA hosts a free Veterans Day breakfast and assembly in Oxford. All veterans are invited to attend and be honored.

VETERAN’S DAY SERVICE

Ferncliff Cemetery hosts a Veterans Day Memorial Service with colors presentation, choir music, inspirational message, and roll call of 2025 veterans interred at Ferncliff.

VETERAN’S DAY AT THE MOVIES

Join a special Veterans Day movie celebration in Urbana with *GI Blues* at 3 PM and *Top Gun: Maverick* at 6 PM. Free admission, with veterans receiving popcorn, drink, and a thank-you gift.

VETERAN’S DAY HAM AND BEANS LUNCH

Enjoy a free ham and beans lunch with cornbread in Urbana, served by the Auxiliary starting at noon while supplies last.

BEAVERCREEK VETERANS DAY CEREMONY

Honor veterans at the Beavercreek Veterans Day Ceremony at Veterans Memorial Park. This public program celebrates service and sacrifice. All are welcome to attend.
