Jessica Gardner is a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Heritage serving buyers and sellers throughout Dayton, Springboro, Centerville, and West Chester, Ohio. She brings approximately 15 years of corporate procurement experience to her work in real estate, with a professional background in negotiation, contracts, problem-solving, leadership, and relationship management.
Before entering real estate, Jessica spent nearly a decade with BASF, working in procurement in Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Ludwigshafen, Germany; and Houston, Texas. She later joined Bayport Polymers, a startup chemical company, where she helped shape its procurement department by developing policies and procedures, hiring a team of buyers, and purchasing raw materials and equipment for a major capital investment project. Throughout her corporate career, Jessica worked with diverse teams, negotiated complex agreements, administered contracts, and built professional relationships grounded in trust and integrity.
Jessica's education complements the analytical and people-focused perspective she brings to real estate. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Education with a minor in Business from Miami University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Wright State University.
After moving to the area, Jessica was looking for a way to become more involved in her community while putting the skills from her previous career to work in a more personal, client-focused setting. Real estate gave her that opportunity. She enjoys working with people and helping clients navigate the decisions, negotiations, and details involved in buying or selling a home.
Jessica's real estate experience has already given her the opportunity to work with clients with a range of goals and circumstances. She has helped a buyer secure a highly specific property below asking price after proactively monitoring the exact location the client wanted. She helped another family find a home suited to their needs and negotiated a substantial price reduction after significant roof damage was uncovered during the inspection. She has also assisted a real estate investor with identifying and acquiring a property that fit his investment goals and guided a first-time homebuyer through a competitive multiple-offer situation and subsequent repair negotiations.
Her approach combines the negotiation and contract experience of her procurement career with responsive, relationship-focused client service. Whether clients are purchasing their first home, selling a property, growing a real estate investment portfolio, relocating, or searching for a home with very specific requirements, Jessica works to understand what matters to them, evaluate their options, communicate clearly, and advocate for their interests throughout the transaction.
Jessica is particularly interested in serving military families as they navigate their real estate needs and working with luxury buyers and sellers seeking thoughtful, professional representation. These audiences complement her broader work with residential buyers and sellers throughout Dayton, Springboro, Centerville, and West Chester.
For Jessica, real estate is ultimately about combining professional experience with personal service—helping people approach an important financial and life decision with a knowledgeable advocate, a thoughtful process, and someone committed to helping them move forward.
