When my husband found out military orders were likely to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, we knew it was time to begin our search! Having lived previously in Oakwood on military orders we were interested in
looking there. We soon realized the Oakwood District had adopted a more “Community Organized“ position versus our previous experience of “Hometown Values “. This threw a wrench in our plan, and we realized we needed to think outside the “bubble”. We got in touch with close friends in the Dayton area who were considering moving to Waynesville. We needed professional help and they were kind to recommend Mark Loges, Realtor Extraordinaire , who they had bought and sold properties with previously. We flew into town a couple of days before Thanksgiving to visit with our friends and begin our search. Mark met with us and kindly listened to all of our requests and concerns. After showing us several properties throughout the Dayton suburbs, we knew the Centerville/Waynesville area would be the perfect fit. The last property Mark showed us was a model home in the Winding Creek neighborhood. We realized a new build would best meet our needs due to our position as a military family. Mark worked with us and the sales representative to design the perfect layout. Throughout all stages, Mark was available to answer any and all questions of concern. We were so happy to see him again at our closing, where he once again conveyed his generosity in helping us find qualified contractors to assist us with future home projects.
