CB Cares Initiative: Giving Back to Our Communities in 2025

In 2025, we are starting a new initiative with a goal of giving back to the communities we serve. As a leading brokerage area, we believe at Coldwell Banker Heritage that it is important to be impactful in more ways than one to our communities.

Our Agents Voted

So this year, we’ve asked agents across our 17 sales offices to nominate a cause to share across our platforms to help gain more reach to an excellent cause! We are happy to announce that our first organization for our CB Cares initiative is St. Jude Children’s Hospital. In the next few weeks, we plan to feature more about this worthwhile organization across our platforms, as well as help to raise donations towards helping them towards raising funds for more research.

About St. Jude

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital has been at the forefront of childhood cancer research since 1962. Supporting St. Jude helps children today, furthers research for generations to come, and takes the stress of medical bills off of families focusing on their children’s lives.

“The mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is to advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. Consistent with the vision of our founder Danny Thomas, no child is denied treatment based on race, religion or a family’s ability to pay,” as read on St. Jude’s website. We strive to promote their mission and their cause, helping children and their families as they go through difficult times. In addition to learning more about their cause, we are encouraging our agents, clients, supporters, friends, and family to donate to the cause. Even the smallest donation to St. Jude can help fund groundbreaking research, provide vital treatments, and support families so they never receive a bill. Every gift brings hope and healing to a child in need.

Organizations We Support:

In addition to St. Jude, each of our 17 sales offices across Southern Ohio and Indiana volunteers and supports various organizations in the community. We are so proud to be surrounded by agents who care about their community!

• Coldwell Banker Heritage supports the Ronald McDonald House Charities through volunteer work, radiothons, and donations. We also support SICSA, a local animal shelter.
• Coldwell Banker Lingle works with the Wayne County Area Chamber of Commerce and the Reid Health Foundation.
• Coldwell Banker College Real Estate supports the Oxford Chamber of Commerce, Oxford Lions Club, Oxford Rotary Club, and Kiwanis Club of Oxford.
