Coldwell Banker Heritage proudly announces its recognition as the #1 Coldwell Banker Commercial Office in the State of Ohio, securing the highest Closed Adjusted GCI (Gross Commission Income) for 2023. This significant achievement marks the first time our Heritage Commercial department has received this award, highlighting our substantial growth and impact in the Commercial Real Estate sector in the Ohio region.

Our success is further underscored by the outstanding performance of our VP of the Commercial Division, Pat Williams, who was named the #1 Coldwell Banker Commercial Agent in the State of Ohio, and on a national level, was awarded the Gold Level Circle of Distinction, and one of the Top 2% of all Commercial Agents in the United States. In 2023, Williams facilitated transactions totaling $22 Million in commercial real estate sales.

Wes Martin, Former NFL Offensive Guard, Makes Strategic Move to a New Playing Field

Wes Martin, a native of West Milton, Ohio, is strategically transitioning from the NFL to a new playing field: commercial real estate. With a five-year NFL career, including a fourth-round draft pick and numerous NFL game starts, Martin is now leveraging his skills and determination in this dynamic new industry, partnering with Coldwell Banker Heritage as his broker.

A product of Milton-Union High School and Indiana University, Martin’s success extends beyond the football field. As a four-year starter and Academic All-American at IU graduate, he brings a unique blend of athletic prowess and intellectual acumen to the commercial real estate sector. Rooted in West Milton, Ohio, Martin’s high school achievements include being named the Southwestern Buckeye League Offensive Lineman of the Year in his junior year and receiving first-team All-Ohio honors in senior year. Opting for Indiana University over multiple offers, Martin showcased his commitment to both academic and athletic excellence.

During his five-year tenure with the Indiana Hoosiers, Martin played in 50 games, with 43 starts, and received honorable mention All-Big Ten Conference recognition in his redshirt junior and senior seasons. Wes was the 4th round draft pick in the NFL by the Washington Commanders. Wes has also played for 3 NFL teams throughout his career, and started in double digit games.

Wes Martin’s transition into commercial real estate is marked by careful consideration and strategic planning, reflecting his foresight and adaptability.
